OMG. I am actually appalled that I am able to access WordPress. Since my latest obsession aka Twitter is blocked in Cheenaland, hello blog readers!

I’m sitting at a random dingy hair salon, with a hair stylist who is giving me really weird vibes – ranging from talking to himself and being over-bearingly senstive.

They also provide FOC internet connection which is really cool even though it is Windows XP Professional. Any internet is better than no internet at all.

Have I also mention that the computer playing next to me was playing a brief striptease for a while? Not so funny if not for the fact that my mum is seated next to me.

For the record, if there is anything I dislike about salon visits is how they will wrap you with this sheet, covering your neck in the process, effectively making the face look really F A T .

Meh.

I also paid my first visit to a local eat-all-you-can seafood buffet a la Chinese, something my parents and I are very sure will be the last visit.

Overall: 1.3/5 (saving grace was that they had cotton candy, yay)

(The stylist just dropped the hair dryer on my head. Cool right? Whee!)

at UROLOGY – OUTPATIENT CLINIC.
Pls call 6321XXXX if u wish to change your appt.

So I called to change my appointment since I will be away next week, and the conversation is as follows.

Me: Hi, I just received a reminder for my upcoming appointment but I will like to change it ’cause I am out of town.

Operator: Okay, can I have your I/C number please.

Me: SXXXXXXXX. But can I confirm it’s for NEUrology, ’cause it’s spelled Urology here.

Operator: The appointment made from CGH is for urology.

Me: Huh, what is urology?

Operator: (explains what urology is which I didn’t register, but the main point is___).

Me: You mean urology as in URINE! I think there is mistake here, it should be an appointment for neurology.

Peh peh peh.

I think they call this, God’s will. Whoever’s up there, I got your message and thank you very much. I will continue to take care of myself, I promise.

Hello. It’s late (time check: 2.44AM) and I’m feeling like it’s only 11PM.

Sleeping in on my off day has screwed up my body clock but it’s not such a bad idea, considering I have slacked off LRH for a while since I returned from my last trip. Bleah. So now, I’ve got to work on it the next few days now that I am leaving again soon.

Check emails.
Send packages.
Launch a new series.

The good news is, I will be in Sillypore for Christmas. The initial news of being away for Christmas this year has caused some silent drama at home but it’s all good now. Happy happy.

Alrighty, got to get to work now. Shall update with more photos when I am all done with work and when I get bored.

For the record, after the fateful entry, I have single-mindedly decided that Collin and I shall go to new places for meals as far as possible. Poor hungry boy is complaining (see below) but has been cooperative thus far.

I had to blog about it and not tweet like I normally will
’cause my twitter is hooked to FB and vice versa.

IF NOT for the fact that the checkered blazer that my biggest ex-boss
(right, holding camera) is spotted in is probably a product of LXXLA.

Unless she got it overseas, or unless some brands out there happen to carry the same,
I’m pretty sure we are the only one who brought this blazer into sillypore.

Haha. No point to this post but it’s just amusing how people meet in the end.
(I don’t know if people feel the same but every piece of clothes I bring in is a part of me.)

For the record, regardless of how things unravelled in the end for my
first job after graduation, the said ex-boss is a picture of inspiration.

It is regretful that I couldn’t learn more from her,
but whatever I have taken in during that stint,
I will keep in mind and keep growing
and learning as I go along.

The other day, I just witnessed this really old couple  walking slowly
together at the hawker centre. The ah gong was holding the ah ma
whom seemed to have more difficulty covering that distance.

It’s regretful I don’t have my camera with me at that time
’cause the moment speaks so much.

It’s one thing to find someone you love, and
another to find someone you love and to be able to grow old together.

These days, our lives are getting typical.

And it really is as bland as this,
but we are not complaining.

I don’t know what’s wrong (with us) but sure enough,
I shall find some ways to spice things up a little.

Like go for brunch or something.

Do some proper shopping or something.

Or visit a new place to chill or for a meal.

You cannot imagine how we can always, like a l w a y s,
go to the same places, do the same thing.

But that kind of is Collin.

I am not saying he is bland or boring or routine.
He is just very comfortable, and I mean it in a good way.

Some clever ass decides that sticking the ad on the button
will guarantee some attention. Sure did.

The skies were sunny and fluffy last Sunday.
I liked them better than rainy days now.

And without any photo editing, the shot straight out from the camera
looks eerily like the default Windows wallpaper.

My hair says hello to my shoulders again.

Some people are so deep in their shit, they don’t realise it.

I’m 24 and turning quarter of a hundred very soon.

Yet my dad still makes a fairly big deal of me staying over at C’s house. The funny thing is, he doesn’t explicitly express why so, but says it like something BAD (very vague) will/might happen kind of way.
